• Fill prescriptions, monitor inventory levels and ensure proper storage and security of drugs, including controlled substances/narcotics
• Provide patient counseling and discuss challenges to medication adherence
• Complete scheduling of technicians and support sales and goals of pharmacy department

Required Qualifications for Pharmacist - Floater: 

• Bachelor's Degree in pharmacy
• Current state pharmacist licensure in good standing

Home Health LPN / Licensed Practical Nurse

  Healthcare Support is actively seeking a Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse to fill an opening for a top healthcare provider located in Scranton, PA.   Daily Responsibilities for the Home Health LPN / Licensed Practical Nurse:

• Home healthcare nurses provide follow-up care to patients after they have been discharged from a hospital or rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or long-term care facility
•  Provide nursing visits in accordance with the written plan of treatment signed by the physician and all subsequent orders that authorize and direct changes
• Provide (on a daily basis) paperwork as required by agency to maintain accurate and complete medical records

Pay Details: 

• Position is Pay Per Visit however annual salary ranges between $55-62K for 32 hours per week
• Shift: 32 hours a week – Monday – Friday | On call rotation is 1 week on every month Sun-Sat.

Required Qualifications for the Home Health LPN / Licensed Practical Nurse:

• Currently Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse in Pennsylvania
• Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role
• At least 1-year acute care experience as an LVN (Home Health, Med-Surg, ED, SNF etc.)
• Experience with IVs, Wound Care, and Disease Management (diabetes, CHF, liver disease, COPD)
• Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured and in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and in good working order

HealthCare Support is seeking a Field Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a rapidly growing healthcare provider serving patients in Casa Grande, AZ.

This is a unique opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care directly in the home—focusing on Chronic Kidney Disease and primary care needs. • Educate patients on chronic disease management, coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams, and maintain accurate documentation in Athena EMR

Required Qualifications for the Field Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant:

• Active Arizona NP or PA license
• 1+ year of primary care, family practice, or outpatient experience
• Active DEA license
• Current BLS certification
