Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities in line with established protocols
Ensure HR operations comply with applicable employment laws and internal standards
Maintain accurate documentation and support audits related to personnel records
Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal HR knowledgebase content
Participate in special projects that enhance HR operations and service delivery
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or a high school diploma with extensive relevant experience
3–5 years of HR generalist, shared services, or equivalent experience
Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws
Familiarity with HRIS platforms and case management tools
Professional HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills
Experience with process improvement or procedure documentation preferred
Ability to work effectively across departments and locations
