What You'll Do

As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for: Loading plastic pellet materials into production machine hoppers to maintain continuous operation. Lifting and handling bags weighing up to 50 lbs to meet production demands. Monitoring production flow and inspecting equipment to ensure optimal performance. Climbing stairs periodically to inspect machinery output and identify issues. Reading and accurately identifying color and material codes to support quality control. Assisting with palletizing finished products and preparing shipments for dispatch. Moving completed pallets to shipping and storage areas. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment by following safety procedures and wearing PPE. Supporting team efforts with general warehouse tasks as needed.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have: Experience in material handling or manufacturing preferred. Basic knowledge of plastics manufacturing is a plus. Forklift experience is helpful but not required. Ability to work independently and quickly learn production processes. Physical ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, bend, and climb stairs throughout the shift. Good communication skills with at least conversational English proficiency. Comfortable working in an environment with varying temperatures and warmth.
