About James Barker:

So far so good! James has been reassuring during the process so far, polite and friendly. When you're looking to change jobs it's good to have a confident and personable voice on the other end of the phone. Career changes can be scary sometimes and you just need the recruiter to keep you on track. I've spoken with agencies before who have made you feel you are one of many and quite abrupt in their manner. This is not the case with James and Astute Technical Recruitment.

Tim contacted me quickly after i replied to a job ad. He was very helpful, responsive and knowledgeable. He secured me an interview. I was able to get to second interview stage with his helpfull advice. I was however offered a job by another company

About Tim Norford:

I had a very good and thorough conversation with Tim. He asked various questions covering my job status, reasons for changing, experience and what I hoped for, could bring to my next employer. He was engaging but always allowed me the opportunity to say what I needed to say. He shared and discussed the job opportunity and it’s background and gave some excellent detail and a good understanding of the opportunity of the role and some insight into the company, it’s culture and feel etc….
