Kyle joined Astute in 2013 as a Talent Specialist. In 2019, Kyle was promoted to Senior Talent Specialist. Kyle works in Astute’s Power team, recruiting operations and maintenance roles, on a permanent and contract basis, to join leading businesses in the Power Generation and Sustainable Energy space which includes Energy from Waste, Biomass, CHP & CCGT technologies.

When he’s not spending quality time with his son and daughter or hanging out with friends, Kyle can usually be found watching or playing something sporty, usually football, cricket or darts.
