Richard went above and beyond for me. He managed to make me change jobs, as i previously wasn't looking. they had to work off an outdated, wrongly addressed CV in which had my wife's phone number but they finally caught up with me and it was a great experience from there, Richard never gave up and with a lot of delays from the Employer we managed to get a better than great outcome.
