Business Administrator - Renewable Energy
PERMANENT
  • TERMS: permanent
Meeting with Leah and Sam Clarke to discuss. This is an admin heavy role, supporting Feedstock and SHEQ. Ideally some Feedstock/agri knowledge would be really useful.  They need to have an understanding of maize, whole crop and straw and understand stuff.  They will be talking to the finance guys in London and sorting POs and developing a CRM system that they will be having to use. Someone is creating a bespoke package for Acorn. They want visibility on suppliers, have alerts on when contracts are coming up for renewal, know the stats of what they feed the plants per annum. This person will need to populate this CRM software.  They have a governance manager (Maisie Copestake) within the office in Gagingwell and they would need to support the documentation going into the system.  They would help with ISO standards. This is office based and this would need to be someone who can take over from Maisie when needed. Not specifically needed in London but the odd day here and there may be needed. Primarily in Gagingwell. Little bit of flexibility when it comes to school runs etc. Opportunity to grow within the business. 40 hour week, likely standard admin hours of 9-6. They're not expecting them to work this but this would be the standard template. The reality is, they are expecting a 40 hour week but there is a degree of flex.  Timelines: Interview asap.  One person, site interview. Last week of May as the timelines for Interview
