Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or GED; or equivalent direct experience required

• 3+ months Machine Operator experience required

• Experience in press operation strongly preferred

• Proficiency in programming and operating press machines preferred

• 1+ year of manufacturing experience preferred

• Intermediate basic math skills. 

• Must have the ability to navigate the computer programs utilized on the production floor. 

• Training and/or exposure to Lean /5S and Process Improvement is a plus. 

• This is a non-smoking and non-vaping facility.  You will not be permitted to smoke or vape on premises or during your shift.

• Oversee assigned portfolio for billings and collections for eCommerce accounts.
• Prioritize collections based on, but not limited to, ageing and dollar amount. 
• Perform account reconciliations for consumer accounts.
• Review open balances to ensure proper application.
• Coordinate refunds due to poor quality, missing items, and/or poor service.

• Monitors compliance of the Accounts Receivable approval policies for invoices, credit memo, and payback transactions. 
• Maintains policy and procedures for assigned processes. 
• Partner and collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure Ecommerce systems are working effectively and assist to resolve business issues.
• Conducts research and analysis on consumer accounts and performs QA on the GenPact team. 
• Assist with consumer escalations from the GenPact partners. 
• Communication with Ecommerce customers to collections efforts. 
• Communication with store team members on eCommerce accounts.  
• Assist with projects and other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration or related field or five (5) + years of  Accounts Receivable or Accounting experience in a fast paced dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated understanding of accounting theories, methodologies, principles and practices, and the impact of departmental transactions to the financial statements 
• Knowledge of credit and collections techniques, revenue recognition rules, and general accounting requirements
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point, experience with complex spreadsheets, including lookups, pivot tables, etc.
• Experience with account analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience with or ability to use query tools for reporting.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; able to confidently and effectively communicate with both internal and external business partners. 
• Analytical skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently.

Alliance Industrial Solutions has partnered with a leading photo imaging and information delivery solutions company and is looking for Day and Night shift Machine Operators!

Day Shift: 6am-6pm 2-2-3 schedule Night Shift: 6pm-6am Mon-Thu Pay: Days $17/hr          Nights: $18/hr

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To set up and operate slitting machines according to the appropriate “machine operator’s manual” under direction of the Group Leader.
• Carry and supply materials to the machines.
• Remove the finished product from the machine. Supplies and finished goods of up to 38 lbs. must be lifted about 75 times per shift. (Maximum weight to be lifted is 50lbs.)
• Group Leaders will determine the machine each operator is assigned to. Operators will be cross trained to operate different machines.
• Recommend productivity improvement plans and cost reduction plans (Total Productive Maintenance activity). Investigate and analyze causes of target frustration.
• Help train other machine operators.
• Facilitate internal communication and working relationships within areas of responsibility.

3 different machines in slitting-

• Paper slitting- 2 people on team, bagging rolls and putting on pallet
• Photo slitting- rolls of ink paper, opportunity for $5 increase after 3 months if meet quota
• Card Slitting- smaller rolls and have to put caps on both ends after slit

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1 year of machine operation experience required.

• Must be able to enter production data into computer.
• Must be able to work rotating 12 hour shifts.
• Production line experience in manufacturing.

• Manages the operations and activities of the purchasing and accounts payable function, which includes planning and coordinating projects and processes, procedures, systems, and/or standards; ensures compliance with Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, codes, and/or standards.
• Coordinates the purchase and distribution of materials, supplies, and equipment for all College departments. Coordinates the P-Card function for the department.
• Reviews and selects vendors. Coordinates the preparation, administration, and monitoring of contracts which includes maintaining vendor relationships, resolving contract and invoice discrepancies, managing the bidding process; negotiating contracts within defined parameters; and reviewing and approving bids and requests for service.
• Prepares, reviews, interprets, and analyzes a variety of information, data, and reports related to costs, quality, quantity, and standardization of materials; makes recommendations based on findings.
• Performs other duties of a similar nature or level.
