Pay:  Day shift: $18 per hour

Schedule: Full-time, 2-2-3 rotating schedule

• Day shift: 6:00 a.m. to 6:15 p.m.
• Night shift: 6:00 p.m. to 6:15 a.m.

In this role, you will operate coating equipment, produce coated ink ribbon according to specifications, perform product changeovers, and complete quality inspections. The ideal candidate has manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work safely around organic solvents while using respiratory protection.

• Operate coating machines according to established operating procedures and safety requirements.

• Produce correctly coated ink ribbon according to product specifications.

• Perform product changeovers, including:

  • Roll exchanges

  • Roll cleaning

  • Doctor blade exchanges

  • Machine threading

  • Filter changes

  • Parts cleaning

  • Material handling

• Mix and charge ink raw materials and organic solvents in a measured and controlled manner.

• Monitor ink supply and coating systems.

• Troubleshoot basic equipment and process issues.

• Perform visual inspections and quality control testing.

• Use machine inputs and adjustments to maintain product quality.

• Assist with basic maintenance activities and coordinate with maintenance personnel as needed.

• Identify potential causes of defective product and production inefficiencies.

• Participate in productivity improvement and cost-reduction activities.

• Operate test equipment, gauges, monitors, panels, sensors, and other specialized equipment.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• At least 1 year of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Prior product manufacturing experience.

• Chemical mixing or blending experience preferred.

• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, including percentages, multiplication, and division.

• Ability to read and use instruments such as micrometers, microscopes, light tables, hand tools, gauges, and other specialized equipment.

• Ability to pass a physical exam and respirator test.

• Ability to work near organic solvents while wearing air-purifying respiratory protection equipment as required.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to operate a roll cart carrying more than 500 pounds.

• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, twist, and work in cramped or confined spaces.

• Ability to thread machinery and perform repetitive arm and shoulder movements while cleaning rolls.

• Ability to work safely in areas where respiratory protection is required.

Forklift Operator

Location: Concord, NC

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 8am-4:30pm

This role is a great fit for someone with sit-down forklift experience who is comfortable working in a warehouse, production, or material handling environment. Stand-up forklift experience is preferred.

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate a sit-down forklift to move materials throughout the warehouse

• Stack and organize finished cases on pallets

• Record inventory and production information using computer systems

• Follow written and verbal instructions for safety, quality, and packing standards

• Support team members to keep production and warehouse operations moving efficiently

What We’re Looking For

• Sit-down forklift experience required

• Stand-up forklift experience preferred

• Previous warehouse, packing, assembly, or production experience preferred

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Comfortable using basic computer systems for inventory or production tracking

• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Steel toe boots required
