Alliance Industrial Solutions has partnered with a leading photo imaging and information delivery solutions company and is looking for a Quality Assurance Inspector! This is a full time day shift position in Concord, NC.

Pay: $18/hr Shift: 6pm-6am Mon-Thu Job Summary: To ensure that parts conform to specifications and that only approved parts are shipped, to perform inspection and Quality Control tests on representative samples, at specified stages of production. Immediately communicate the results of inspections, especially when nonconforming parts are discovered. Assist in investigating assigned problems related to product quality, and customer claims.   Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect incoming materials, in-process items, and finished products to ensure they meet required specifications.
  • Record and maintain detailed inspection records and documentation.
  • Identify and document nonconforming products; segregate as necessary.
  • Assist with root cause analysis and investigation of quality issues and customer claims.
  • Participate in productivity and cost reduction initiatives, such as Total Productive Maintenance activities.
  • Support internal training on quality principles and procedures.
  • Maintain effective communication and collaboration across departments.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to mixing, coating, and ink systems.
  • Follow all safety procedures and regulations at all times.
  • Take on additional duties as needed.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in a technical field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in inspection, testing, or quality control preferred.
  • Proficiency in using measurement and inspection tools such as micrometers, microscopes, light tables, and hand tools.
  • Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Comfortable handling multiple tasks and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to safety and quality in every aspect of the role.
