I have been a travel nurse for 5 years with one short break of about 4 months. I’ve been with Jordan the entire time. He’s become more than my recruiter, but my friend!! He has supported me during some very difficult times of travel assignments that required me to be out of work for surgery. He checks in with me every week by text or call. About Ryan Nance:

The man, the myth, the legend. This is my 3rd contract with Ryan and I don’t plan on ever using other recruiters because when I “left him” for an agency specific contract, I missed him and the way he could handle the ins and outs of travel life (all the important negotiating and accommodations for travelers). Over the last almost two years, Ryan has helped me secure some of my favorite places I’ve traveled and I’m so lucky to be on his team!
