I started in IT Sales for Compaq Computer Corp. When I moved to Charlotte NC years later I discovered recruiting and joined Nurses RX. I then chose to be a stay home mom after 1 ½ years of recruiting and then became a Special Needs teacher in the elementary school where my daughter attended. Now I am here, at TNAA! I missed recruiting and connecting with so many special people in healthcare!!

Why I love to recruit
I love recruiting as it allows me to meet wonderful nurses and partner with them to find fulfilling assignments. I truly enjoy getting to see where they are going to travel and hearing about their experiences. What I value most in my relationships with travelers is transparency, honesty, and an overall connection that goes beyond a contract. I want travelers to be educated and know they are taken care of.

When I'm not working I like to
I have a beautiful 15-year-old daughter Sophia. I am a single mom. We have several pets and are active in animal rescue. I love to spend time with my daughter – she forces me to watch horror movies! I play tennis, pickleball, and love to garden. I have a big heart for animal rescue and healthcare. In my free time, I visit nursing homes and hospitals with my certified therapy dog. It brings me so much joy to help families, children, and seniors remember good times, smile, and just feel better.
