Anna was really helpful and communicative throughout the process, and I could tell she really wanted to help me get the job. She was very enthusiastic and detailed about every step of the process, and was also very transparent about the position of the company I was interviewing for, what they were looking for, and even working with me on logistical issues I might have had with the position in order to make sure it was a best fit for both myself and the company.

About Meghan Lusty:

Meghan has been exceptional to work with. She's always prompt, and has been a straight shooter through positive and negative disclosures alike. Not all recruiters truly feel like an advocate for applicants, and I didn't feel like I had to negotiate against a recruiter, and she is there to sell your case to the client. Furthermore, her interview prep is exceptional, in capturing points to focus on w/ the client, and to feel comfortable going into the interview having prepared for the right questions.
