With a background rooted in IT staffing and recruitment, I’ve spent over six years sharpening my expertise in identifying, evaluating, and placing top talent across various technical roles. My career began with a passion for understanding both the technical and human elements of the hiring process, and since then, I’ve become deeply committed to helping candidates transform their careers while ensuring that companies find the perfect match for their needs.

I currently work at Tier4 Group, a diversity-certified firm that combines cutting-edge recruitment tools with a personalized, relationship-focused approach. Prior to this, I gained invaluable experience at eHire and Oxford Solutions, where I successfully filled positions for software engineers, data engineer, data scientists, security experts, and more. I excel in guiding candidates through the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing to final placement, and I thrive on building strong partnerships with clients and candidates alike.
