Why I love to recruit
I’m your personal advocate for success. Connecting people and building relationships is my passion. I truly believe what I do matters. Being part of someone’s journey, playing a meaningful role in their story, and helping candidates find opportunities that bring joy to their lives—these aren’t just professional pursuits for me. Let’s embark on this journey together!

When I'm not working I like to
Spend time with my family and friends! They are what life is all about. I have the cutest 3 year old you'll ever meet - I'm biased but I bet you'll agree! As a committed animal enthusiast, my home often doubles as a haven for foster animals. Beyond personal pursuits, I am deeply passionate about contributing to meaningful causes. Volunteering with organizations dedicated to the well-being of women and children holds a special place in my heart.

About Crystal Rehling:

Crystal matched my skills perfectly with my eventual employer. Crystal refined my resume with my permission in order to get me the interview. Crystal kept me informed every step of the way with frequent follow-up and feedback and was extremely personable. There was genuine excitement in her voice when she informed me that she obtained an interview for me, and when she informed me of the eventual job offer. I would highly recommend Crystal to anyone seeking employment in technology as she is very knowledgeable and helpful to represent those seeking employment in the best way possible.

About Crystal Rehling:

Over 20 years in complex, high-stakes environments, I have worked with many recruiters. Most of them send you a job description and wait to see what happens. Crystal is in a completely different category, and I want other candidates and companies to know exactly why. From the moment I connected with Crystal, she took the time to understand two things that most recruiters never bother to ask about: what matters to me, and what matters to the company she was placing me with. She held both of those truths at once and used them to guide every conversation we had. That is rare. Most recruiters represent one side. Crystal genuinely represented both. What she gave me went far beyond a resume review or interview tips. She sat with my experience, asked hard questions, and helped me see things I had stopped seeing in myself. I had spent so long living inside the work that I had forgotten how to tell its story. Crystal showed me that the work alone is not enough. How you tell the story matters just as much. Because of her guidance, I went back and rebuilt my resume from the ground up. In doing so, I found stories I had completely taken for granted, including one that became my signature story in the interview and the moment that differentiated me from every other candidate in the room. She was candid when she needed to be. She was specific when it mattered. And she delivered feedback in a way that made me want to do the work, not feel discouraged. That is a skill that very few people have, and it is the mark of someone who genuinely cares about the outcome, not just the placement. Crystal also prepared me for the interview in a way I have never experienced before. She did not just tell me what the company was looking for. She helped me understand how to position my experience against their exact pain points, how to walk into the room as a peer rather than a candidate, and how to tell my story with the confidence it deserved. The result was an interview where one of the hiring managers told me I was one of the strongest candidates they had met for the role. The industry talks about what makes a great recruiter: active listening, strategic thinking, the ability to match not just skills but people to culture, and the courage to give honest feedback when it is needed. Crystal does all of those things. But what sets her apart is something harder to frame. She treats every candidate as a human being with a real career and a real story worth telling. She invests in that story. She fights for it. And she does not stop until she has given you every possible advantage to succeed. If you are a company looking to hire, Crystal will send you candidates who are prepared, positioned correctly, and genuinely aligned with what you need. If you are a candidate looking for your next role, she will not just find you a job. She will help you find your story and give you the confidence to tell it in a room full of people who need to hear it. That is not a recruiter. That is a career partner. And they are extraordinarily rare.
