About Crystal Rehling:

Crystal is truly the greatest recruiter I’ve ever worked with. She was timely in all responses, had terrific follow up, and I felt like she really cared for me to have a good seamless onboarding experience with Tier4. She negotiated on my behalf for things I value in an employer and kept in consistent contact even in the period between the signing of contracts and my official start date. I honestly felt like I was her only contractor which I know is not the case but that’s the kind of care and attention to detail that she provided. I also appreciate her communication style. She doesn’t always call, she will text when it’s more fitting to do so. This might seem unimportant but when you’re traveling or working or managing family or running errands, it’s so effective when someone utilizes all the tools they have to communicate necessary information to you. I think highly of her professionalism and am grateful for all of her effort as well.
