About Crystal Rehling:

Working with Crystal was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. From our very first conversation, she brought an energy and enthusiasm that immediately put me at ease during what can be a stressful process. She communicated proactively and early — always keeping me informed and ahead of the curve rather than leaving me guessing. What really set her apart was her genuine belief in me as a candidate. She instilled a level of confidence that made me walk into every interview feeling prepared and valued. Anytime I had a question or concern, she picked up the phone without hesitation — no waiting around, no unanswered messages. Thanks to her dedication and optimistic approach, I accepted an offer I’m truly excited about. If you’re looking for a recruiter who actually cares about your success and treats you like more than just a placement, look no further. Highly recommend!

About Christopher Frana:

I hadn't read any reviews for Christopher before contacting him. I was mostly intending that if he was the right person, we would talk. My experience is that he is very responsive. He came off as very personable in the electronic communication. I am originally from the midwest, and felt he was easy to connect with on the phone. He did a great job of sharing about the job, asking questions, and then answering my questions. I appreciate the clarity he brought to managing expectations as well.

About Hena Karim:

I can't recommend Hena enough. She was a breath of fresh air in a very automated job market. She actually intercepted an AI review of my application so we could have a real, heart-to-heart talk about my experience. That personal touch made all the difference, as she was able to see the person behind the resume. She stayed by my side from that first call all the way until I landed the job. I'm so grateful for her guidance and for the fact that she truly cares about the people she works with.
