About Kim Kilgoar:

I will definitely recommend Kim for any future hires. Kim was very knowledgeable, great personality, genuinely understanding of the client's needs. She also did a great job with following up and guiding me every step of the process, communicating of any updates along the way. Also provided good tips for the video and onsite interviews. After I was hired, she also took the time to check- in to make sure things are ok and if I needed any of her help! Not many recruiters will do that, so I had a very good experience with Kim and would recommend her for anyone that needs help to find their next job opportunity.

About Kim Kilgoar:

Kim is far and away one of the most professional recruiters I've ever had the pleasure of working with. She's incredibly insightful and understanding of both her clients needs as well as the applicant for the position. She's a straight shooter I knew exactly what I was stepping into on my first day. If you're fortunate enough to come across her or she reaches out for a position you're in great hands.

About Kim Kilgoar:

I had an outstanding experience working with Kim as my recruiter. From start to finish, she was professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping me succeed. Kim stayed on top of every detail throughout the process, maintaining constant communication with both me and the hiring team. She navigated a lot of back-and-forth seamlessly and even advocated on my behalf to strengthen the offer, which I truly appreciated. What really stood out was her approach—she wasn’t just a middleman. At one point, she connected me directly with the hiring manager so I could get clear feedback and build that relationship myself. That level of transparency and confidence is rare. She was always available whenever I needed to talk, quick to respond, and took the time to address all my questions and concerns. Before each interview, she shared helpful tips and guidance that made a real difference in my preparation. Kim goes above and beyond, and it shows. I’ve already recommended her to several colleagues from my previous company, and I wouldn’t hesitate to do so again. Thanks to her support, I’m now happily settled into my new role. Strongly recommend—Kim is exceptional at what she does.
