Kim is personable, knowledgeable, and most importantly honest. I always felt as though I was a priority during the process and still do, as Kim follows up regularly. You can easily see Kim's ability to network and build relationships. Her communication skills are top notch and I was never left uninformed regarding interviews, feedback, and any other requirements. Not once did I ever feel like I was being shoehorned into a position. Kim made sure that we were always focused on the right "fit". She is an awesome recruiter and it was a pleasure working with her.
