Kim was great! In an environment where ghosting was common, Kim was sure to follow up with me, even though the client was slow in their response, she made sure that I was updated. When she went away on vacation she was sure to communicate with me and leave an alternate contact for me to follow up with.

About Kim Kilgoar:

I had applied for the same position with a different recruiter 2 months before my first engagement with Kim with no response. Kim was able to take my resume, get me in front of the right team, and I left my interview with the hiring manager telling me that I "knocked it out of the park!" She was able to take what I was looking for and find the right match for me quickly and with good response. Hopefully I don't have to work with her again soon because I will be in my new position for a long time, but I highly recommend her for those looking to find a new position.
