She truly has had a huge impact on my life, as I feel like this is just the beginning of my career and how successful I will be in life. Crystal is a top-notch recruiter and goes above and beyond. She reached out to me in a timely manner when she had a role that she thought fit my skillset and experience. She took the time to listen to see if not only my skills and experience but that my personality would be a fit for the position. She even took the time to review my resume and provided feedback within 24 hours of me speaking with her. It is not easy to "brag" on yourself for a position, but Crystal provided the right feedback, and it worked as she got me an interview within 24 hours. Crystal is a cheerleader; your success is her success - she is rooting for you and will do what she can to get you to succeed! I did not get the position, but I do feel confident that when there is another role out there that fits my skillset and experience Crystal will keep me in mind.
