  • Manage BMS (Building Management System) specification, design, and operation. Develop and implement multiyear strategy to complete BMS migration.

  • Support operation of Facilities mechanical systems including but not limited to centrifugal fans, burners, cooling/heating coils, pumps, centrifugal air compressors, centrifugal chillers, heat exchangers, utilities, metering, communications. 
  • Manage and maintain documentation for the site controls systems.
  • Communicate critical updates to site system operators. 
  • Train FAC Associates on enhancements to operations related to controls and mechanical/electrical systems.  Provide support on an as-needed basis.  Ensure reference documentation is available and easily accessed. 
  • Create scope documents based on unit/department project requirements. 
  • Manage and/or support the bidding, evaluation, and selection process of contractors for the design and construction of Facilities and department led projects. 
  • Create project budgets and ensure accuracy; supervise engineers and on-site contractors.

Faculties Equipment Engineer Job Requirements As a Faculties Equipment Engineer you must represent our company well by being responsible, punctual and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty.   • Join our dynamic team to help scale and optimize the company’s global procurement operations within the Procure to Pay (P2P) team. As a Procurement Operations Specialist, you’ll work closely with stakeholders, legal, and finance teams to support operational procurement and travel/expense functions, driving automation and efficiency in a high-paced environment.
  • Operational Procurement (90%)
  • Ticket Management: Efficiently triage and resolve requests, issues, and escalations, ensuring SLA compliance and accuracy in ticket documentation.
  • Purchasing: Manage end-to-end procurement tasks, low dollar deals, including NDAs, RFPs, TPRAs, and contract negotiations, PR-PO Cycle, chasing approvals ensuring seamless execution.
  • Supplier Onboarding: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate supplier onboarding, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • P-Card Payments & Expense Audits: Review and reconcile P-card requests, audit expenses, and manage credit card maintenance, ensuring compliance and financial accuracy.
  • Employee Onboarding/Exits: Support procurement, travel, and expense processes during employee transitions, ensuring policy adherence.
  • Procurement Transformation projects (10%)
  • Automation Implementation: Identify opportunities to introduce automated tools and systems in procurement processes.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive reporting to monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and drive data-driven decisions.
  • Project Management: Prioritize and manage concurrent projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
Job Requirements
  • Procurement Operations Expertise: Proven track record in procurement operations with ERP systems, preferably Oracle Fusion/Cloud.
  • Contract Administration: Experience in contract review and approval, ensuring compliance with procurement policies.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage complex projects independently.
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis, with experience in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and Alteryx.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in cross-functional collaboration.
  • Adaptability and Agility: Ability to learn and take on additional responsibilities as the procurement team grows, agility to switch tasks according priorities
  • 1-3 years of procurement or analytical work experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability thrive in fast paced environment

  • Lead NA regional manufacturing data reporting system (MDRS) as the business system expert by developing and directing system strategy, standardization and diffusion across all North American manufacturing plants ensuring robust, repeatable, and controlled processes are in place to maximize business value and support plant characteristics enhancement.
  • Drive the development and implementation of strategies including plans & targets to standardize, improve the business operating capabilities of the MDRS system for the region.
  • Lead projects/themes of varied complexity and scope through collaboration with team (plant, IT, regional engineering) including current system enhancements and feasibility studies for future products.
  • Work effectively with local plant departments and regional IT to ensure system standards are created, documented, and sustained
  • Complete testing, verification, and documentation of system changes. Confirm system requirements are met during appropriate UAT timing and assure countermeasure application on system before change release.
  • Oversee standard training program for system use and deliver when required
Job Requirements
  • Bachelors degree related to process, manufacturing management, industrial or systems engineering or other equivalent degree with the required experience
  • 6+ years experience in Process Engineering or Manufacturing Systems with a focus on the automotive industry w/ Bachelors degree
  • 8+ years experience with relevant responsibilities
