  • The Auditor compiles, analyzes, and provides support for regulatory filings, quality assurance/peer reviews, documentation and analysis of rate issues, rate administration, rate case and policy as directed by management. Strong accounting and financial skills are highly preferred for this position
  • Lead the preparation of updates to rate-related documents used by other departments.
  • Detailed review, analysis and oversight of rate filing documents, work papers and supporting schedules.
  • Prepare quantitative analysis of all rate schedules to evaluate customer bill impacts.
  • Ability and knowledge to prepare understand and review tariffs and tariff calculations which collect fuel, purchase power, capacity, energy efficiency costs, environmental, securitization and other costs.
  • Document and assist in the interpretation of regulatory order filing requirements.
  • Responsible for the accurate and efficient preparation of regulatory data for filing, including pro forma adjustments to historical per book information; cost of service allocation for filing; and rates for reasonable recovery of the cost to serve in a manner that is equitable to our customers while recognizing corporate financial stability.
  • Perform peer reviews for FRPs, rate-cases, fuel, special riders and other filings for accuracy, completeness and compliance with applicable jurisdictional filing requirements. Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Math, Accounting, Finance or Engineering or equivalent work experience.

  • The OBD Production Vehicle Evaluation (PVE) Test Engineer is responsible for executing assigned OBD diagnostic demonstration programs which are submitted to the California Air Resources Board (CARB) to support OBD certification.

Hourly pay range $ 40-42 Job Responsibilities                                               Your specific duties as a Transmission Work Management Scheduler will include:    
  • This position reports to the Manager of Work Management.
  • The Transmission Work Management Scheduler position is responsible for the development and implementation of integrated risk and budget and resource-based schedules for Transmission Construction and Maintenance internal and contract resources (apparatus, substation, civil, oversight, electrical, operations, relay, and line).
  • The Transmission Work Management Scheduler works collaboratively to schedule activities of all transmission work groups (and outside organizations) to support the preparation and implementation of transmission work activities.
  • The Transmission Work Management Scheduler is expected to influence positive organization performance and implement objectives by coaching and exhibiting strong leadership skills.
  • Transmission Work Management Scheduler must be highly motivated and have the ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks, possess instinctive decision-making ability inherent to the need of transmission line construction and maintenance, substation construction and maintenance, relay electrical work and the NERC/ FERC compliance program work, effective written and oral communications skills, and a strong work ethic.
  • This position supports the development and implementation of construction and maintenance work plans to support annual programs ranging from $150M - $300M annually (capital and O&M, approximate).
  • In addition, this position continually manages changes in these plans to align with changing funding requirements, and to align plans to execute the highest priority work. Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree and one (1) year of work experience
  • Or Associate’s degree (from a two-year college or technical school) and two (2) years of work experience
  • In lieu of Bachelor’s degree(s) and one (1) or more years related work experience Or an Associate’s degree and two (2) or years related work experience listed above, High School/GED and four (4) years related work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
  • Possess a strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
  • Ability to manage numerous projects concurrently.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills in order to facilitate customer contact activities and further professional development. (Minimum)
  • Strong negotiating skills and ability to balance multiple projects.
