  • New model and Carryover PA position
  • Provide Program Management and Parts Analysis support for new current and past model service parts availability with the goal of achieving 98% parts available at new model launch (OK to Buy)
  • Release and catalog service parts in support of new model program launches globally for all North American lead engineered vehicle lines
  • Analyze WERS, PCII, 2D Technical drawings, CAD data, Bill of Material, Product Letters, Marketing information, & other reference data and material to determine the appropriate service part levels required for vehicle repair
  • Identify and support new model service part needs with PD, SEO, and ASR activities to address level of service concerns and to insure service requirements are considered
  • Analyze current and past model engineering changes to determine service interchangeability between the previous and newly engineered parts
  • Support downstream PS&L activities (Purchasing, Supply Chain, Packaging, Quality and Distribution) to insure best in class parts availability in support of customer needs
  • Provide timely feedback to Dealers and Global affiliates regarding issues related to commodities within your sections of the catalog.
  • Support suppliers to assure part shipments are on time to support new model launch timing
  • Responsible for delivering all departmental objectives related to releasing, cataloging, customer inquiries and catalog quality
Job Requirements
  • Associates degree
  • 3+ years experience in PS&L Parts Analysis and Supply Chain  
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Familiarity with the following Ford systems; WERS, CMMS, TeamCenter, & Part Control/PCII
  • Ability to read 2D Technical drawings & CAD data
  • In depth knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint & Access. Alteryx/QlikView a plus
  • Must be detail oriented, a self-starter with an ability to multi-task and adhere to established deadlines
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Goal oriented individual with the ability to interpret data, evaluate actions, and reach logical conclusions

  • Project Management - Work with internal customers and external consultants, contractors, and suppliers to develop initial concept, specifications, design drawing review, procurement scope, fabrication / construction, and installation-related documents.        
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 1 to 3 years of experience developing, coordinating, and managing Electrical, Mechanical and/or facility related projects preferred
  • Use knowledge and experience to continually improve efficiency and effectiveness of tasks within area of expertise
  • Actively support / participate in project team activities related to significant business innovation; develop and execute activities / tasks to achieve objectives of business team
