About Sean McDivitt:

At first Sean was fantastic! Advocated for me to speed up the interview process. Within 2 hours of my first interview I received the second. Everything seemed to be moving so smoothly. Unfortunately, I ended up getting ghosted. It’s been a whole month and I have heard nothing. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt. Maybe his hands are tied from their internal processes. Maybe he got in a horrible accident—I hope he’s okay. But I have seen activity on LinkedIn so he is, in fact, alive and able to use devices. Whatever the reason for the silence, it takes just a few seconds to say “hey, I haven’t heard back from them” or “I’m currently not permitted to give feedback as they handle things internally”. Radio silence is completely unprofessional, and I’m very disappointed because I was ready to give Sean 5 star everything.
