My best suggestion is that at end of each month send a monthly and yearly report. That would make bookkeeping much easier. If you already do that i would like to have someone share that with me.

All our temporary employees from Selectemp are professional and seems to have been well prepared. I love the online interview process, makes it easier with our busy schedule. I would encourage Selectemp to have all online interview process done from their offices. The interviews that we've had any difficulties with are mostly ones that the person applying was not at your offices.
