This comment is more about what was done well rather than what could be done better. I appreciate the fact that I said I wanted to move away from the healthcare industry, but I wasn't sure what I did want to do. After 30 years in various healthcare roles, and at my age, most people just kept suggesting other jobs in healthcare. Wendy found a position that utilizes my past experience but is just different enough to feel "new" and interesting. Even though she hadn't met me in person, I feel she did a great job of listening to my concerns while looking to find a job that would fit my skills and my interests.
