Job Title: Certified Flagger - Urgently Hiring Pay: $20/hr Hours: Shift : Mon - Thur 630 AM at Yard - Casual Part-time

As a Certified Flagger, you are responsible for::

• Directing all traffic, by utilizing signs and hand motions, setting up and tear down flagging equipment each day
• Carrying materials
• Lift/Spin fiber reels
• Clean Up scrap/job site
• Walking through brush to get to job sites
• Some/minimal digging
• Assist lineman
• Cleanup
• Must pay attention at all times
• Follow all state flagging rules & regulations

The ideal candidate for this role will have: 

• Must be able to maneuver 50 lbs (lifting, bending, pushing or pulling) 
• Must have Flagging Certification on person at all times
• Must be able to stand/ walk up to 8 hours per day
• Must be reliable

• Provide Valid drivers license and proof of auto insurance -
• As a Certified Flagger, you will have to drive the companies vehicles

• Maintaining and stocking inventory in a neat and organized manner ensuring all parts are clearly identified in bins, boxes or otherwise. Routes items to appropriate departments and/or inventory stocking areas. May use a dolly, pallet jack or forklift to move heavy parts and materials.

• Pulls parts from stock for kits and routes to the manufacturing floor.
•  Performs cycle counts noting discrepancies between physical counts and computer records. Reports findings to the manager and makes improvements to processes and controls.
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and performs data entry as appropriate or requested.
• Interacting closely with Receiving and other department Leads/ Supervisors

Duties and Responsibilities for Pool and Spa Maintenance Lead:

• Working at residences on a daily basis
• Build and install pools and hot tubs. 
• Maintenance of hot tubs and swimming pools
• Checking and adding chemicals to hot tubs and pools.
• Back washing pools/spas
• Installing, repairing, and replacing pools, spas and tubs
• Ability to perform manual labor including new construction, renovation, repair, installing liners, plastering and maintenance. 
• Able to run a jack-hammer, sander, drills and use other various tools. 
• Troubleshoot outdoor plumbing.
• Fix heaters and pumps
• Comfortable climbing ladders and scaffolding, 
• Some days require yard maintenance and clean up at the main shop

Skills and Qualifications for Pool and Spa Maintenance Lead:

• Must have Driver's License as may drive company vehicles
• Must be able to lift 75 pounds
• Some Construction Experience required
• If they have POOL Construction Exp - would pay more.
