  • Operate continuous, fast-paced production lines, maintaining workflow and adhering to safety standards.
  • Read labels, recipes, and work orders effectively in English to carry out assigned tasks efficiently.
  • Complete necessary paperwork with detailed documentation, including recording lot numbers and production metrics.
  • Perform routine sanitation and cleaning of equipment, work areas, and surrounding environment to support GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
  • Participate in cross-training on various line positions and rotate roles as needed to support production efficiency.
What You’ll Bring:
  • Previous experience in production or manufacturing is preferred, with a strong interest in long-term employment growth.
  • Availability to work overtime when required to meet production demands.
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) for measurements and record keeping.
  • Strong teamwork, communication skills, and willingness to learn new skills.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry 25 to 50 lbs repeatedly, along with bending, stooping, twisting, and using your hands and arms throughout your shift.
  • Ability to work at heights, reach above shoulder level, and perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

Location & Schedule:

This position is located on-site in McMinnville, OR. Shifts are scheduled as follows:

  • Day Shift: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Night Shift: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM
    • Work schedule: Sunday through every other Wednesday; alternate weeks Wednesday through Saturday.
  • ALL hours worked over 10 hours in a day, are paid at OT rate of time and a half!!!!
