As an Assembler, you will be responsible for:

Following digital assembly instructions, interpreting technical diagrams, and ensuring accurate assembly operations.
Handling electronics and sensitive components with care to maintain product integrity.
Operating assembly equipment and tools efficiently to meet production targets and quality standards.
Occasionally engaging in programming tasks or performing testing on assembled products.
Collaborating with management and technical teams to troubleshoot and suggest process improvements.
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Good hand dexterity and attention to detail.
Ability to interpret digital assembly instructions and follow technical documents.
Experience with small hand tools (screwdrivers, etc.).
Hand soldering skills (a plus).
Experience in assembly or manufacturing is preferred, but not required.
Ability to sit for extended periods (8+ hours) and handle various assembly tasks.

Pay: $17.60 Hours: Monday - Friday from 5am - 1: 30pm Start Date: ASAP We are seeking a Forklift Operator for a full time position for our client located in Independence, OR. The Forklift Operator will be responsible for the operation of a forklift or other heavy equipment to safely move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise around the facility. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for: Performing a safety check of the forklift to ensure it is safe to operate. Check fluid levels- For oil, water and fuel before operating the lift Ensuring the packaging lines have empty pallets available and informs the supervisor of the pallet inventory Remove palatalized bags from the production lines and places them on the stretch-wrapper Operate the stretch-wrapper and changes the stretch film as required- Place palatalized bags in inventory and ensuring they are located in the proper rows storing them neatly without damaging other inventory Actively participates in plant cleanliness by re-stacking, picking-up trash and debris, and washing their equipment Read the BOLs and places the correct quantity and SKU on the carriers trucks in a safe and efficient manner. Any changes to the BOLs must be communicated to the Dispatcher and or office personnel Perform physical inventory counts of finished goods as required Responsible for the safe operation of the forklift and maintaining fluid levels Various other tasks The ideal candidate for this role will have: Ability to drive a forklift Ability to lift 50 pounds Ability to climb on and off of required equipment- Ability to sit for long periods Ability to communicate effectively Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide Ability to read and write English and/or be able to follow instructions.
