A high school diploma or GED
1–2 years of industrial or production line experience (preferred)
Experience operating forklifts and skid steers
Strong hand–eye–foot coordination and mechanical aptitude
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Strong concentration, multitasking ability, and troubleshooting skills
Ability to perform basic math calculations
Hands-on role in a fast-paced, industrial manufacturing environment
