Production Associate

Duties and Responsibilities for Production Associate

• Communicate with operators, leads and supervisors on what type of product will be produced
• Push boxes through taping machine ensuring there is a print on carton for traceability, and master case is being printed and taped shut during process
• Package and palletize finished product at the speed the line equipment is running
• Ensure food safety and quality through visual inspection of the finished product for proper seal of wrapper
• Follow color code regarding totes, ice cream, nondairy, soy, etc., as products have specific colors codes to prevent cross contamination
• Remove empty wrap and cartons off the line and dispose of them properly
• Monitor the equipment and inform the carton machine operator when cartons are jammed or being shaped incorrectly
• Production Associate will visually inspect product for deficiencies

Skills and Qualifications for Production Associate

• Must be able the ability to read and interpret documents such as Standard Operating Procedures
• A mechanical aptitude, basic math skills and attention to detail are also required
• Will be trained to operate and troubleshoot metal detectors
• Must follow safety rules, GMPs and company guidelines

Sanitation Worker

• Industrial sanitation of carpet and hard floor maintenance
• Use of machines, floor scrubbers, and carpet steamers
• All basic cleaning in and around the facility or office building
• Dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and cleaning of smudges off windows and doors
• Ensure common areas and restrooms are cleaned, sanitized, and restocked 
• Emptying trash bins and removal of any rubbish on site

• Use a sander and router
• Heavy lifting required
• Organize shop
• General shop clean up

Sanitation Worker

Duties and Responsibilities for Sanitation Worker

• Ensure all food production and packaging equipment and facilities are cleaned per a Master Schedule and company procedures
• Clean all machines thoroughly as per the strict standard operating procedures. This requires the disassembly, reassembly, cleaning, and sanitizing of equipment.
• HACCP – Environmental swabbing and testing (ATP, Salmonella, Listeria), Brittle Plastic/Broken glass inspections, eliminate organic and chemical residue form product contact surfaces, and monitor bullet magnets.
• Follow all safety procedures and policies and report any unsafe or unsanitary conditions immediately to supervisor on duty.
• Adhere to Good Housekeeping Practices
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and individual personal hygiene practices at all times.
• Maintain daily reports and records as assigned
• Train and Certify employees as assigned.
• Complete all other tasks/duties as assigned by Supervisor
• Responsible for supporting and maintaining Food Safety and Quality programs
