Job Title: Roof Loader Urgent Hire Pay: $20/hr to start Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM or when needed Start Date: ASAP We are seeking a Roof Loader for a Temp-Hire position with our client, the #1 Roofing Supply delivery team where opportunities for advancement are endless, located in Eugene, Oregon.  The Roof Loader will play an essential role in the hands on logistics and deliveries of roofing materials to job sites in our area.  As a Roof Loader, you will be responsible for: 

• Work as a team to load and strap down the truck
• Work as a team to set up job site
• Set ladders following OSHA standards
• Set toe boards and secure fall protection
• Clear debris from roofs as needed to allow for delivery
• Unload pallets of roofing materials and place on boards
• Set boards properly for secure placement of materials
• Using fall protection per company standards   

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Experience and interest working in a physically-demanding, labor-intensive position working with 75 lbs
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions
• Able to work on ladders and roofs with all heights and pitches

Job Title:  Warehouse Associate - Urgent Hire!

Pay: $18.00/hr Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM Start Date: ASAP We are seeking a Warehouse Associate for a Temp-Hire position with our client,  a Rapidly growing, Modern and Progressive Company with a 'Work-Hard / Play Hard' Team Environment, who designs, manufactures and custom fits Putters, located in Goshen and Creswell, Oregon. The Warehouse Associate will play an essential role in the inspection and packing of high end putters.  The ideal candidate will maintain an organized and safe environment while actively contributing to the efficient shipping of putters.  This is a great opportunity to be a part of a large and local manufacturing facility and further your career in this industry, located mainly in Goshen, Oregon, but some travel to Creswell, Oregon will also be required. 

As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Order picking and packing in shipping department
• Quality Control 
• Fix minor issues as Necessary 
• You will be provided ample training on how to do so

• Accurately package and label finished products, with a focus on both precision and efficiency
• General Cleanup as needed

  The ideal candidate for this role will have:
• Prior warehouse experience required
• Inventory controls and basic math skills
• Must be someone who takes pride in the work that they do and the quality of work being performed
• Strong attention to detail is a must
• Ability to drive box truck and to become forklift certified
• Must be able to Multi-Task
• Must showcase the ability to work both independently with little supervision, as well as being able to be a team player and work as part of a larger team 
• Must possess strong problem solving skills, as well as being able to make independent decisions and judgement calls 
• Having a Passion for the Sport of Golf is Always a Plus, but Not Required
