  What You'll Do:

Payroll Duties

  • Processing bi-weekly payroll for 60-70 employees through Sage
  • Verify time cards and accurately enter data 
  • Input employee deductions for garnishments, child support, benefits, etc
  • Review I9 and W2's to ensure they are accurate
  • Print payroll checks and ensure they are delivered to store locations by Friday(bi-weekly)

Administrative Duties 

  • Cash counts and bank deposits
  • Pick-up/deliver mail at the Post Office
  • Coordinate with store managers to maintain ATM balances for 14 stores
  • Answer the main phone line, take messages, and direct calls
  • Input data into computer, and shred paperwork when necessary  
  • Pull weekly report and transfer data for arcade revenue 
  • Travel to store locations for emergency check drop offs (company vehicle or own vehicle)
  • Assist Accounts Payable department when needed
  • Assist in the warehouse with tagging, labeling, packing orders, and inventory during slower periods in the office. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
