I was originally with another travel company and I was extremely unhappy. The contract was ending soon and I really wanted to continue traveling but was feeling defeated and unsure if it was really the right fit for me. Right when I was about to give up traveling, I got connected with Pioneer and Nicole through a traveler who previously had an awesome experience with both her and the company. We connected instantly right from the start, as she is so personable and relatable in so many ways. She listened to my concerns and what I was looking for in travel not only professionally, but personally as well. She was so reassuring and supportive, and was there to thoroughly answer any question I had. Even if she didn’t know the answer, she made sure she found it as soon as possible. Nicole found me exactly the contract that fit what I was looking for (setting and location)! Throughout my contract she offered the perfect amount of support in my opinion - that is giving me space by not contacting me every single day, but also reaching out to check in and ensuring everything was going smoothly at various times. She also was always so quick to respond whenever I reached out. Nicole has been nothing short of absolutely amazing and is the reason I continue traveling! She changed my perspective entirely on traveling and I am forever grateful for that. She has grown to become my mentor and go-to supporter!
