Grace was an amazing resource while I looked for a position as a school psychologist. I was actually in talks with another recruiter through a different company but felt more comfortable with Grace and wanted to work with her moving forward. As a new grad OT, I had a great time working with Steve. He understood what my comfort level was when applying to jobs. He never put me in a position that I would not be successful in. He answered all my questions in a timely manner, and as a new grad, you will have LOTS of questions. If he doesn’t know the answer, which is rare, he will find out or connect you with someone who does. Steve also walked me through the process of what an OT travel process looks like as I was new to the whole experience. He took the time to meet with me before interviewing for positions.
