I grew up in beautiful San Diego, CA. My husband and I just bought our first house last year here in San Diego. I am a mom of a 7 yr. old daughter who Ioves to sing, play soccer, swim, and do gymnastics. In my free time I enjoy the beach, hiking, running, shopping, and being with my family/friends. I have a passion for photography and used to have my own business. I am learning how to take care of plants which is a work in progress. My family has a home in Costa Rica that we try to get to at least once a year. It is our happy place!

I have been a recruiter for over 9 + years and love helping people achieve their career goals. I enjoy getting to know who I am working with and helping them follow their dreams!

When I'm not working I like to
Spend time with my family/friends enjoying the outdoors. Hiking, running, swimming, and going to the beach! I also enjoy updating my house and decorating. My weekends are spent watching my daughter play soccer and doing gymnastics.

Shannon has been great to work with! She is patient and kind during each interaction. Shannon is very knowledgeable, but she also knows exactly who to call if she doesn't know your answer. She brings the perfect balance of building rapport and getting work done during phone calls. There has never been a time that I needed Shannon and she was not there.
