She took the time to learn about my experience, goals, and preferences, and made sure every opportunity matched what I was looking for. What really stands out about Erin is her communication. She’s quick to respond, always keeps me in the loop, and checks in regularly even after I’ve started an assignment to make sure everything’s going smoothly. She’s also incredibly knowledgeable about the licensing process, housing options, and all the little details that can feel overwhelming when you’re starting out as a travel COTA.
