Elizabeth is very patient and knowledgeable. She looks out for me to help me get the best pay package I can possibly get. Elizabeth has been very prompt with her communication with me. I have been a traveling Occupational Therapist for many years. And although I am just recently started working Elizabeth as my recruiter, I can already tell that she is an excellent recruiter and a true asset to your team and company.
Sincerely,
Kerry (Karen) Rink, MS, OTR/L
Caitie is awesome, she is quick to respond and very helpful! She also makes sure to check in with me to make sure I am doing OK, and/or if I need anything.
Elizabeth is responsive, caring and interested in meeting my employment preferences. She listens and offers helpful and honest feedback. She is readily accessible and communicates often. She puts her heart into finding the right fit and has ensured I’m happy during my entire placement.
Elizabeth is an exceptional recruiter, highly attentive, personable and genuinely cares about her travelers.
If you are in the market for a travel assignment or new to travel healthcare altogether, she great resource and first contact to get you started :)
Shannon made the whole process very comfortable for me. She answered my questions and provided clarification for me when needed. Shannon’s communication style was very profession yet very open, friendly, and personal.
This is my first year as a traveling Speech-Language Pathologist, and I initially worked with another recruiter, which was also a positive experience. However, based on my preference for responsiveness, Shannon has been a great fit for me. She consistently answers my questions in a timely manner and is always quick to respond. Shannon is flexible and willing to work with me on any adjustments I may need, and she goes the extra mile by finding information on my behalf when necessary.
As a first-time traveling professional, one challenge I’ve encountered is the pressure to complete paperwork in less than 24 hours at times. While prompt responses are understandably part of Shannon’s role, I’ve experienced similar situations with a previous recruiter. Personally, I prefer to take my time reviewing documents and find it difficult to make decisions when I feel rushed. I don’t believe this is a reflection of Shannon’s performance, but rather an aspect of working as a traveling professional with Pioneer.
Overall, Shannon has been effective in responding to my questions and ensuring I receive the necessary information. Her communication is clear, and she consistently makes an effort to address any concerns or assist with adjustments as needed. I truly appreciate Shannon's approach and dedication to supporting me throughout this process, and I look forward to continuing to work with her.
