Natalie was super friendly, knowledgeable, & truly made me feel that she cares about what my needs are financially, as well as the type of position I am looking for! She also seemed to care about me as a person, she was so excited when I got my first offer! She listened to me & tailored each possible contract towards what I requested! Natalie is our third recruiter with Med US, due to logistical reasons , she took over for my wife and I mid contract and never looked back! We have had issues with rate reductions and with garrenteed hours being paid and she has always fought for us until it went our way.
