She is totally dependable, responsive, thorough, insightful, knowledgeable, and goes out of her way to accommodate my work demands and personal needs during the recruiting process. For example, she creatively and patiently worked around my long work hours and restrictions on video conferencing to set up interviews, interrupted her dinner to take my late evening call to resolve a video conf. technical issue, and provided very helpful and useful guidance during the salary and benefits negotiations.
