Dave is the man. I have had never had a better experience with a recruiter. Here's the top three reasons why Dave rises above his peers: 1. No nonsense. He tells it like it is. If you need to work on something, he'll tell you. If you're good at a thing, you'll know. You'll never need to guess where you stand with him or your potential job prospects. (This is rare with recruiters) 2. Timely Communication. I hope he's not always always sitting in front of a computer or on his phone..but the speed in which he replies to e-mail/text/phone calls makes it seem like he is. Dave is fast. Again - see #1. His timely communication will keep you informed and you'll always know where you stand. 3. His client relationships. Dave has strong relationships with his clients and it shows. I was placed with one of his more particular clients and could only have done so with his help and the strength of his relationship with said client. If I ever find myself in the job market again, Dave will be the first person I reach out to.
