I got into recruiting through volunteering to help people in transition or looking to transition. I ended up enjoying my volunteer work more than I got paid to do (marketing) & decided to make a career change. The part of my job I like the most is finding jobs for people, though I'm actually hired to find people for jobs. Oversees Worker’s Comp Claims Mgmt
Works with Broker and mgmt. to approve settlements, and monitor claims reserves
Oversees third party Nurse Mgmt vendor – outsourced provider (EE first point of contact)
Communicates with Carriers and Adjustors
Safety Program Mgmt
Oversees Auto and Property Claims
Oversees Leased Vehicle Program (for Home Health Division)
Coordinates/collaborates with local mgmt. teams, and responds to OSHA Inspections, possible Complaints, Citations, Responses, Appeals
Coordinates OSHA reporting requirements for COVID Claims (healthcare/industry required)
Oversees Office Services (corporate mail, inner office shipping process, fed ex, etc.) with one administrative support person
High School or GED required
Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred.
5 years of experience overseeing Worker’s Compensation & Safety program management.
Strong experience/ability to manage the OSHA processes and familiarity with inspection responses
Applications Manager: HRIS / HCM app transformation for payroll, benefits, talent mgmt, employee records; retail a +full-timeRetail
Develop and maintain the multiyear HR Technology roadmap
Responsible for project managing the HR IT Portfolio: schedule, issues/risks, spend management & reporting
Participate in developing cost benefits analysis and annual portfolio planning
Lead all aspects of the day to day support and maintenance of HRIS applications, including quarterly release management process, operations support, and reporting & analytics.
Champions continuous process improvement in partnership with HR Leadership Team, BPO Shared Services Team, and IT Teams across Talent Acquisition & Management, Benefits, HR Operations and Payroll.
Retail experience&/or professional services is a +
10+ years management and leadership experience overseeing HR Technology solutions
Strong experience in creating a roadmap, managing implementation, support, training of large scale HRIS/HCM systems is required.
Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time (required)
