About Chelsea Johnson:

I had a really positive experience speaking with Chelsea. From the very beginning, she came across as clear, confident, and genuinely professional. Her communication was not just loud and clear in the technical sense, but also in how she presented the opportunity—everything was well-structured and easy to follow. The conversation flowed very naturally, and she made it comfortable to discuss both technical and personal aspects of the role. I appreciated her attentiveness and the way she maintained a good balance between professionalism and warmth throughout the call. Overall, the interaction felt smooth, engaging, and respectful. It’s always great to connect with someone who understands both the role and the candidate perspective so well.

About Allison Jones:

A very professional experience. I was laidmoff and looking for a job is stressful. Working with her helped ease that stress. I really liked that she did not overhyped the opportunity. Too many recruiters make people think they basically have the job and when it does not happen it is a let down. It then puts a bad experience in working with that agency in the future. She gave excellent information on the next steps and what to expect. Now regardless of outcome I will be prepared for an offer or knowing to try again. If this does not turn to an offer I would look forward to working with agency again. Something I can not say about other agencies.
