Position Overview for the Accounts Payable Representative:

  • The Accounts Payable Representative is responsible for processing and maintaining payment functions, verifying invoice accuracy, and managing vendor accounts.
  • This position works on-site five days a week and reports directly to the Controller.
  • Key responsibilities include matching invoices to purchase orders, preparing check runs, resolving discrepancies, and supporting month-end close processes.
