This role focuses on owning and maintaining integrated project schedules in Microsoft Project (MPP), leading scheduling working sessions, and partnering with project leadership and stakeholders to keep milestones, dependencies, and risks visible and on track. Candidates must be able to work 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time.

Position Overview for the Lead MS Project Scheduler:
  • Owns and maintains detailed, integrated project schedules using Microsoft Project (MPP).
  • Leads scheduling discussions and working sessions with client and internal project stakeholders.
  • Partners with project leadership, workstream leads, and SMEs to gather schedule updates and ensure milestones and dependencies are accurately reflected.
  • Monitors project timelines, milestones, dependencies, critical paths, and potential scheduling risks.
  • Identifies schedule conflicts, delays, and downstream impacts and proactively communicates them to project leadership.
