Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Data Governance Consultant: - Lead and facilitate Data Governance Council meetings, ensuring alignment on governance policies and capturing key metadata. - Support the implementation of a Data Governance Framework, providing structure and best practices. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define, document, and manage data quality and data cataloging efforts. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to promote data integrity, compliance, and governance best practices. Hands-on experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira.
Strong knowledge of source control management tools like Git and GitHub.
At least 2 years of experience as a technical lead, mentoring and guiding junior engineers.

Proficiency in at least one scripting language: BASH, Go, or Python.
Experience in Set-top boxes, Broadband Gateways, Networking, or Home Security domains is highly preferred.
5+ years of hands-on experience in configuring, deploying, and managing ForgeRock COTS-based IAM solutions (PingGateway, PingAM, PingIDM, PingDS) with automated GitOps CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.
Experience in designing and implementing GitOps CI/CD pipelines, automated failover, data backup, and restore solutions.
Strong background in automating telemetry and dashboards.
10+ years of experience in running Disaster Recovery, zero-downtime deployment solutions, and designing/implementing continuous delivery.
Proficiency in coding with Python, Bash, and JSON/YAML (CaC).
Experience supporting large-scale, distributed, cloud-based microservices and API service solutions with 99.9%+ uptime.
Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, AI Builder, Power BI)
Experience with AI-driven business process optimization
Proficiency in Azure AI, Cognitive Services, and OpenAI models
Knowledge of data governance, compliance, and security best practices
Hands-on experience with Dataverse, Azure Data Factory, and Synapse Analytics
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Deep knowledge and experience in broadband (Wi-Fi) and networking technologies.
6-7 years of experience in Engineering and Release Management within the broadband/networking domain.
Strong technical background in software engineering and understanding of software development lifecycle.
Proven experience in Continuous Integration & Delivery (CI/CD) practices.
Hands-on experience in Release Management within an Agile framework.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Expertise in Build/Release technologies such as Jira plugins and Confluence.
