Develop scalable and reliable systems using Python and FastAPI, helping to power a platform built around high-volume diagnostics and real-time health data
Take ownership in a fast-moving environment, making key decisions under uncertainty and contributing meaningfully to architecture, scalability, and performance conversations
Apply strong software engineering principles, including Agile methodologies, test-driven development, and continuous integration/deployment pipelines

Required Skills for the Senior Software Engineer:
8+ years of experience as a Python Developer, including recent work with the FastAPI framework
Hands-on experience building in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments
Proficient with Docker and/or Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration
Comfortable working in a fast-paced Agile environment with frequent iteration
Strong understanding of modern backend engineering principles and commitment to writing robust, maintainable code

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Microsoft 365 expert with hands-on skills in SharePoint Online, PowerApps, Power Automate, and related tools. Position Overview / Responsibilities for the Sr. SharePoint Developer:Design, develop, and support business-critical applications using Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint Online
Lead end-to-end SDLC activities in Agile environments, including design, testing, and deployment
Integrate Microsoft 365 and third-party systems using REST APIs, Graph API, and SPFx
Support end users with troubleshooting and post-deployment issue resolution
Oversee SharePoint Online migrations using tools like Sharegate
Develop customized SharePoint solutions (lists, libraries, workflows, pages)
Build and manage AI-powered Copilot features using Copilot Studio
Ensure system integrity, compliance, and performance across the Microsoft 365 environment
Write PowerShell scripts for administrative tasks in SharePoint and Azure
Document all configurations, code, and processes for easy handoff and reference
Expertise in SharePoint Online, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365
Experience with SPFx, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, and Microsoft Graph
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for M365/Azure environments
Knowledge of Sharegate and migration best practices
Understanding of security, governance, and compliance within the Microsoft ecosystem
Experience with Copilot Studio is a major plus
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project documentation skills
Microsoft Power Platform or SharePoint certifications
Experience with enterprise-level migrations and governance frameworks
Familiarity with Power BI, Dataverse, and Azure services
