Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Specialist:

  • Invoice entry into the purchasing system

  • Maintaining open communication with vendors and team members to address concerns

  • Securing approvals from relevant stakeholders

  • Reconciling Purchase Orders to invoices and validating coding in the ERP system

  • Serving the varied needs of internal and external contacts

  • Reviewing contracts thoroughly and reconciling them to Purchase Orders and invoices.

This is a contract position through June 16, 2025, with a hybrid work schedule. The successful candidate will be required to be on-site for the first two weeks for training and then work on-site every Monday and Tuesday, with the option to work from home for the remaining three days of the week.

Required Skills for Accounts Payable Specialist:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or accounting, preferably in tech or similar industries

  • Proficiency with Oracle, SAP, or other ERP applications
