Position Overview for the Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Lead:

  • Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance projects, working closely with business SMEs to optimize application use.
  • Manage configurations, custom fields, fast formulas, and security roles to ensure system efficiency and security.
  • Coordinate quarterly releases and patches, overseeing testing and impact analysis.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues across integrations and systems to ensure continuous system reliability.
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to implement best practices and maintain system performance.

Requirements for the Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Lead:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
  • 7+ years of overall ERP implementation/administration experience.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Finance Functional lead for Oracle Fusion Cloud.
  • Well-versed with configurations, custom fields, and fast formulas used in Oracle Fusion Cloud, with a strong understanding of integration with other Fusion applications and third-party systems.
  • Experience in leading full projects involving Requirements, Design, Testing, and Roll-out.

Accounts Payable Analyst

IDR is seeking a Accounts Payable Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Memphis, Tennessee. This role supports the accurate processing of company invoices and payments while helping maintain clean and current vendor accounts. You’ll work in a hybrid environment and contribute to both day-to-day AP operations and ongoing process improvements.

Position Overview for the Accounts Payable Analyst
  • Enter and manage daily incoming invoices into the accounts payable sub-ledger
  • Prepare payment runs, manage the AP mailbox, and support wire transfers and virtual card payments
  • Review and resolve items using A/P aging reporting and investigate outstanding discrepancies
  • Calculate Sales & Use tax and assist with special projects, including monthly vendor account reconciliation
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to resolve invoice, coding, and payment-related inquiries
Requirements for the Accounts Payable Analyst:
  • At least 5 years of experience in accounts payable
  • Strong understanding of all aspects of accounts payable, including invoice processing and payment execution
  • Experience with Oracle Accounts Payables and maintaining vendor data
  • Advanced skills with MS Excel and working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Word
  • Ability to review invoices and approvals for purchase order and non-purchase order compliance, coding, and documentation
