  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of mitigation projects, ensuring smooth execution from start to completion.
  • Lead teams, manage project timelines, and ensure high-quality work is delivered.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, adjusters, and team members to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Perform site inspections, develop detailed scopes of work, and track project progress to ensure accuracy.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards, protocols, and safety guidelines throughout all phases of the project.
Required Skills for the Mitigation Project Manager:
  • Restoration Experience: In-depth knowledge of the restoration, insurance, and construction industries, including expertise in water, fire, or mold mitigation. IICRC certifications are a plus!
