What You'll Do

As a Quality Control Level II Inspector, you will be responsible for:
  • Performing thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process items, and finished goods to identify defects or non-conformances.
  • Utilizing measurement tools such as Micrometers, Calipers, and Rulers to perform accurate inspections.
  • Reviewing manufacturing work orders and verifying their accuracy, completeness, and compliance with GMP standards.
  • Calibrating inspection tools and equipment regularly to ensure precision.
  • Ensuring all inspection documentation is complete, accurate, and adheres to quality standards.
  • Conducting mathematical calculations as needed to support inspections and process monitoring.
  • Following established procedures, safety guidelines, and company policies.
  • Communicating effectively with production, management, and quality teams to report issues and document findings.
  • Maintaining a high level of attention to detail in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:
  • 4 to 5 years of experience in a quality control environment, preferably in Medical Device, Aerospace, or Pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of inspection techniques, measurement tools, and quality standards such as ISO 13485 and 17025.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, charts, diagrams, and written instructions.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office, ERP, and E-QMS systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
  • Physical ability to handle inspection tools and perform measurements accurately.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team under pressure.
