What You’ll Do

As a Guest Service Associate, you will be responsible for:
  • Greeting and connecting with staff and families at the start and end of each shift to share important information
  • Maintaining a secure, welcoming environment by conducting regular safety inspections and ensuring communal areas are tidy
  • Logging and addressing maintenance issues reported during routine inspections to ensure safety and comfort
  • Staying available for families by carrying a duty cell phone and responding promptly to emergencies or questions
  • Receiving, logging, and distributing mail, packages, and deliveries for families and staff
  • Supporting cleanliness and organization in common areas such as the lobby, kitchen, and dining spaces by unloading dishwashers and helping with meal prep
